Description: •Extreme’s Technical expert on the data Center. •Must be able to develop and articulate technical requirements and value propositions related to the Extreme Product Family and the data center overall. •Strong understanding of Data Center architecture (storage, Networking and Server) and requirements. •Technical liaison between Data Center Solutions Marketing and internal engineering, marketing, sales and Data Center Partners. •Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex DC solutions and architectures. •Acts as an advocate for Extreme’s whole product solution and partners •Extreme’s ultimate authority on the Data Center architecture. •Provides direction for design activities. •Participates in Data Center related standards activities Requirements: •3 -5 years experience in technical marketing roles •Strong engineering background •3-5 years experience in Data Center oriented markets •Strong customer / sales / partner facing skills Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
